Sarah is a new favorite of mine. After carefully listening to my areas of concern she focused on those areas without spending too much time on them. I would definitely recommend her.
My Massage theapist was Summer and she is very good at what she does. She helped me with my anxiety and ptsd and hormones and pain in my back. She is amazing and I recommend her! Thank you also for the team for scheduling me an appointment today! Keep going and nameste! ?
Sarah is so relaxing and project based. she finds pain patterns so very well. she is passionately focused on her work. She kept telling me how much she loves her job. She will perk up when you have tightness she can work to resolve. If you let her, she will try to get you all figured out in 2 hours. She is very intuitive. It feels good to have a Therapist who enjoys working on clients. I felt so comfortable with her. She is definitely very good to build a good therapy plan with you for the session and will build goals with you for future sessions. Her work feels so good or hurts-feels good.
