I’ve used KM&L for years and this will be my last. In the recent years, the fee for filing has gone up and the only reason I get is “the economy.” I truly thought that being loyal to my accountant, even after moving 4 hours away and referring family, I would have caught some kind of break. Didn’t happen. In fact, the price went up $25 from last year and I didn’t know until I received my paperwork and they were ready to file. After asking around, I paid more than what seemed to be charged for MUCH MORE complex tax returns than mine. This was my first year in business and I was needing help with my end of your taxes. Varenia was very helpful and friendly in answering any questions I had. I will continue to use KM&L for any future accounting needs, and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I left my taxes with them to get done over a month ago. We were told that they would have them ready within two weeks. I called them at 1 week and three days and was told they were still working on them. After a month I called to check on them and was told they have not been started because they were missing some information. The lady I talked to (Kady) said I did not talk to her earlier when I brought them in. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
