AUGUST 19, 2024 The antibiotic perscribed by Doctor Garrett worked great and my hubby was able to get back to work. Liz in the office also very smiley and helpful getting us set up for the next appointment. Thanks to our great team we can face the challenges of growing older with confidence. JULY 30,2024 My hubby saw Doctor Garrett for an eye infection. He clearly explained the possible causes and gave us a treatment plan that was simple and effective. The office is very clean and comfortable and Melanie and Amy also showed us compassion and personal interest. We have confidence we are in good hands and looking forward to my precious husband feeling better. MAY 20,2024 So glad we have a local Berkley eye center! We are thrilled they take almost any insurance and enjoyed excellent service with a smile first from Melanie. Then Doctor Jorge Garrett who is fluent in Spanish and thoroughly explained all my husband's options and plan for continued care along with his assistant Iris. Then Aurora helped us with beautiful frames and lenses. Showed us Big Men brand that fit just right. Looking forward to a long friendship with our new professional team of experts at our local Lake Jackson Berkley Eye Center location. Thanks again!

The staff is so nice and respectful. This the only place ill go to get a DOT, its fast easy and super clean.
Dr. Shandley is fine but when you order glasses from TSO, they may not notify you when they come in. I would suggest taking the prescription elsewhere for glasses.
We are so happy with our experience today with Jasmin Olivares our visit wasn’t short with insurance input and two pair of glasses for our 5 year autistic daughter. She was very patient and understanding and accommodating to keep her content. We left with an amazing first time experience for our daughter.
Dustin came recommended from my home inspector, and I'm glad he was able to get us in so quickly! Roof was just older & needed to be replaced & him and his crew worked all day to get it done. He was very professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had during the process. He took the time to explain things so that I would understand them as well. 10/10 would use his services again if the need ever arises!Services: Attic venting repairs
2nd Edit: in the end, although I did have some issues with the speed and responsiveness of the service, I was able to get support for training and now ha e an excellent job that suits me. It can be a process but they were true to their word.Edit: Since leaving this message they have reached out to me and started me on their suite of services. I'm still wary but it's been a much more positive experience.I have autism and heard from family with autism that TWC could help finding appropriate work. When we visited them we were told they would do everything they could to help and that someone would be reaching out to us in the next couple of days.Weeks have passed since then, I have tried calling and emailing and there's been no response, not even to say that they can't help. We are planning on contacting the ombudsman but I wanted to warn fellow autistics on here

It’s extremely hard to find someone that knows how to cut curly hair and after doing some research I decided to go with Roxanne. She is extremely knowledgeable and shared lots of hair care tips with me, the environment was wonderful and she did an excellent job! I rarely leave reviews, but I have to highly recommend Roxanne and Hair Envy Studio! Here are some before and after photos, I hope this helps the next person looking for a new hair salon.
I can’t say enough wonderful comments about Lorena’s Hair Industry Salon. No matter what cut, color, perm, or style, Lorena knows how to deliver. I have gone to Lorena for many years now. She is so well-versed in all aspects, but my favorite is her ability to do beautiful up-to-date colors. She knows every age group’s new and upcoming trends and styles. I first contacted her because a different salon turned my hair purple. She corrected it easily. My daughter’s hair was also corrected by Lorena’s salon for a big color mistake. She drove all the way from Katy to Lorena to correct it. Lorena’s expertise is second to none. I’m so thankful… It’s hard to find this kind of knowledge. I don’t worry when I sit in her chair knowing she’s at the top of her game. She is a professional.

I had a multi-appointment with Mari and Lindsey for multiple processes. Color correction, Brazilian blow out, extension and a lot more. To say I wasn’t scared was an understatement. I went in with very fragile, thin hair. They both were very knowledgeable on their profession and made me feel like I was in good hands the entire time. I came in nervous and left in tears when I got into my vehicle (good tears of course). My hair is AMAZING. It feels healthy and back on track. Lindsey is a hair Guru so if you want honesty and true help she’s your lady. Mari- a true heart and so much talent with extensions. Thank you ladies for keeping me sane through the whole process. ❤️

Today was my first time stepping in this salon and with that being said it was one of the best choices I made. My hair Stylist was Lanier Meyer she did a fabulous job and was able to transform my hair into something I could have only dreamed of. She was a pleasure to be around and really took the time to find out what I was wanting she was absolutely great with color and I'm loving the new look. Will definitely be going back.
John LaFleur is an excellent stylist who makes one's chosen color look natural. Shawnie gives excellent mani-pedis. I'm treated with the sincere care and courtesy of a friend. Twice I've unexpectedly had minor injuries to my hands right before I needed to go somewhere and been unable to wash my hair and a staff member cheerfully jumped up to wash and dry my hair for me. Lovely people.

The sweetest lady cut my hair today, I can’t remember her name but she had blonde bangs and lots of tattoos. She took the time to let me know what she was doing while fulfilling my needs, but also could tell I wasn’t in a very talkative mood and gave me my space. She made me feel pretty again while dealing with this divorce I am going through. Thank you so much for making me feel better.

Loved my experience at Diamond Nails today! I got a manicure with shellac and a pedicure. I left feeling soooo pampered.
Came in for a basic gel pedicure on a Monday afternoon and they weren't busy! Sweet lady that did my nails. Although I feel like some of the nails could have used an extra coat, she was attentive to cutting it so that it wouldn't irritate my problem areas. $30 for basic pedicure, extra $15 for gel. Dedicated parking lot and calm atmosphere. Would come again

I have been going to John's for my toes and fingernails for years! The service is second to none. Even my sister comes down from Houston, because she can't find service like this in the city! Incredible and talented makeup artist and hair stylist. My sister and I loved their work and all 8 ladies in our wedding party were satisfied and looked impeccable on my sister’s big day. Each of us requested different styles of hair and makeup and they DELIVERED!!! We all got ample compliments all night on how beautiful we looked. 10/10 I couldn’t have had a better look. I felt so beautiful and classy and amazing in my skin all night and at the end of it, I was so sad to take it all off. I really enjoyed my experience and 100% would recommend.

Love the services and my stylist CoSandra Beverly at D & Co Salon. She is wonderful at styling my natural hair as well as trying out different hairstyles with hair pieces, wigs, and anything else I may come up with ? We recently upgraded my eyelashes for an event with a new style that I easily changed from flowing to an updo with her directions.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location. I don’t get my hair cut very often, it’s usually on a whim. Emma has cut my hair twice now & she always listens to exactly what I want, has great conversation & gives a 10/10 experience! Loraine at UptownLash was an absolute pleasure to learn from! I took her eyelash course to get my certification. I would 100% recommend this course to anyone who is considering getting their certification. She is not only extremely knowledgeable in her craft, but patient in her teaching style, answering all my questions in detail, and she also covered the business aspect of things which as a beginner lash tech, I was suuuuper appreciative of! She not only has her own supplies & materials but also made sure i was comfortable and confident in what I was doing by the end of the the 2-day course. I am looking forward to continuing my education with her and taking some of the other classes she offers in the future. Thank you Loraine!

We had a girls spa day and Tony’s day spa was the greatest!! The place is beautiful, has a pink Photo Booth and the staff are very attentive and wonderful! Wendi did a fantastic job and I don’t want to walk on my “revitalized” feet! Come experience this amazing spa!!
You feel like family there. Laurie, my dental hygienist is the best, she listens, very knowledgeable about oral hygiene, goes out of her way to make you comfortable. Dr. Koury is an outstanding dentist, takes extra steps to make you comfortable, very thorough exams.

I had such a great experience here. Dr. Pauline Spencer was amazing with not only my kids, but me as well. As a 37 year old who has NEVER had a cavity before, she eased my fears and took such great care of me. She answered all of my silly questions and was amazing through the whole filling process. She is so great! :)

Sarah is a new favorite of mine. After carefully listening to my areas of concern she focused on those areas without spending too much time on them. I would definitely recommend her.
Couples massages are always great at the Blue Orchid. The couples room is setup for Thai (with bars which most places do not have). They’re under new management so it was rocky at first. We are consistent customers so previous mgmt (Sara) knew exactly what we liked (1 Thai/1 Swedish), she also knew we’re good tippers, so never had any issues with prices, appointment conflicts, or wait time. With new mgmt (also named Sara) we’ve had all of the above issues at the start; however, it seems they’ve ironed out most of the kinks and we are back to our regular consistent appointments leaving as though we got our moneys worth even though the prices have gone up. At the Blue Orchid you get TRUE THAI massages unlike a lot of other places that state they do Thai, but in reality it is not really Thai. Hope they keep the 2 therapist they have now as they do a very good job!!
