From start to finish, the service was professional, prompt, and thorough. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and completed the repair quickly. Everything is now running perfectly, and the price was fair with no surprises. I really appreciate their honesty, attention to detail, and customer care. I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable HVAC service!
DR Air & Heat Services is outstanding. We had a bit of a problem with our thermostat which meant the house was a miserable 88 degrees at some points. DR Air & Heat was my 4th call after 6pm, the gentleman I spoke to was helpful, kind and checked to see if one of the guys was able to swing by and take a look. So, after about a half an hour a very polite, knowledgable, kind young man arrived. *I'm sorry I can't remember his name, it was so hot I couldn't think*. He was able to get our system up and running in no time at all, even after he had already had a very long hot day. The fee was very reasonable and the guy was an absolute gem. Absolutely fantastic service. They were super fast to respond and very quick to resolve my issue. I’ll recommend them to anyone who needs AC work. Gael was very respectful and his customer service was great.
