I had my home inspected by Mr. Williams May 2021 and a follow up inspection January 2022. Mr. Williams presented a detailed report which he explained in terms that I understood. I came to realize that a house can look aesthetically good but be structurally falling apart from the inside out. With that said I was able to plan to correct the deficiencies in a step by step approach that can save me money…instead of breaking the bank from an unplanned disaster that I did not see coming.
