I thought I had a problem with my new speakers. I spoke to Nadine over the phone and she talked me through some possible fixes. It didn't work so I took the PC in. Nadine had it figured out and fixed within 2 hours! It's great to have customer service where a tech will talk to you on the phone and try to help first. Very please with the service and highly recommend The Computer Loft.This is old fashion customer service and I appreciate it!

If I could give them 10 stars, I surely would! I have a 1 year old Samsung Galaxy phone that was stuck on a start up loop for 4 months. I was so disappointed because I really enjoyed my phone and I'm not able to afford a new one at the moment. They fixed it!! I'm beyond grateful ❤️

Amazing service once again! I have used Wes and The Computer Loft several times over the years at our business. This time he and Nadine fixed some computer software and computer networking issues and I bought a great computer as well. Keep up the amazing work, guys! It's great to know there is an honest, reliable company withstanding the test of time.
