I was sent to Momentum as a last resort before major surgery on an inflamed tendon in my foot. I didn't have much hope. Over 12 visits each of the therapists worked with me. Everyone was friendly, had a sense of humor and ensured I understood each exercise and how to correctly complete it. The pain was reduced but not gone. Until ... all of a sudden (after appt 9) it was gone!!! I was able to cancel my follow up with the specialist and have printouts of each exercise to continue at home to continue strengthening.
