Diamond Back is a great company with great staff, whether in the office or in the field. Service is prompt, friendly, and highly professional. First thing to commend is the excellent communication from initiating the call to final contact with our technician. They made sure that they had a time that worked for our schedule. They asked if there happen to be any cancellations would we be willing to have an earlier appointment. Then they called to let us know that they had a technician on the way. The technician also called to let us know he would be there in 20 minutes.
