I called this morning and they came this afternoon! Amazing! Big problems with ants in the house due to the heat and dry weather and they took care of it! Family owned and local business. They stand behind their work!

I have used Bug World for 3 or 4 years and have been very happy with their service and prices. I have had termite treatment, general pest control. flea treatment for the yard, and most recently rodent traps. I have worked with James and have no hesitation recommending them.

One of the best exterminators I have ever used, owner was very down to earth and was honest about what needed to be done at my place. I have used these guys for years now and have never had any problems. Used them for my wife’s grandparents as well when they had problems and they came out the next day and took care of everything. Also used them for my moms place as well for a roach problem after the vacant house next to her was cleaned out and her house was just infiltrated with them. The technician James that came out let us know what to do and what we were doing wrong and got rid of them in no time! Really great people! I definitely recommend them to everyone!
