The third time they came out, at no expense to me, determined to find the clean out . It was buried underground. They were able to run a camera through the line to discover damage, that occurred 20 years ago caused by a contractor working for the city and it was improperly repaired. Therefore, the city is repairing the line. There's no way I could have gotten the proof without Ingram's determination to find the clean out. They had to do a lot of digging.!! Thank you Ingram!“

“1 Inch waterline to house had a very slow leak.
Where PVC line was connected to galvanized line-required a 7 dollar part.to repair leak. total time One hour which includes 30 minutes for glue to dry I was charged 465.50 dollars Unbelievable price!
