I have seen the changes that have taken place throughout the years, as they have been a small community clinic and are now a very established community care facility. I have been and continue to be a very satisfied patient. The staff here are friendly and capable and the facility is very clean. I recommend this facility and these Physicians and staff for your medical needs.“

“Received care from Dr. Moosa clear lake office. He is kind and attentive. He took the time to listen to my medical concerns and a did a thorough assessment. He asked questions to get a better historical background leading up to my medical problem to better treat me. He is very knowledgeable about wound care and he knew exactly how to help me, resulting in a healed wound!“

“Dr. Perez is amazing, however his staff is not. This is the third time now that I've had to wait or make several calls or trips for refills on medications that were already approved by Dr Perez himself. Honestly I'm beginning to find them quite incompetent. Just today myself and my pharmacy called to get the go ahead for a prescription refill that the doctor approved 2 weeks ago. I had also called 2 other times earlier this week to prevent this exact issue. Now they're closed, they never called the pharmacy back so I have to go to the office Monday morning and find out what the issue is this time. Very frustrating and unprofessional. EDIT: I received a call from staff where everything was cleared up. I truly appreciate that they took the time out to call me and explain everything. I also appreciate that they cared enough to call and make sure everything was understood and fixed.“

They help develop a plan that allows the patient to take an active part in their own recovery. She has helped me get back to an active lifestyle many times!“

“I received a CT scan of my heart in the Imaging Dept.and I can't say enough nice things about the care I got. The nurses were Debbie and Misty and the CT tech was Krystal. They informed me of every detail as we went along, brought me warm blankets and were extremely upbeat. The staff was the best and I would happily return there again.“

“First timer. went to have my check up on this clinic because it was recommended due to affordable consultation without insurance by the lady I called from womens care. I'm so grateful to her for recommending me this clinic. Anyway, I come here for UTI. paid the $35 consultation + $25 urine test. it's not crowded, I went early. It also was fast. everyone was good. Doctor was fast.. only ask important questions, did my urine test, waited for a little bit and done. I will keep coming here in the future for anything. thanks to this clinic I save myself a drive to houston just to save because everything seemed so expensive here in baytown. anyway overall ????“
