“I was looking online for a hair salon close to home on a Saturday afternoon & found Nina's. I called ahead to ask if she had availability & she told me to come right in. I went in & was seen right away. I told her I wanted a trim as it has been along time & my ends were horrible. She suggested I do long layers to add volume. I told her to do whatever she thought was best. She explained everything to me & confirmed the amount she was cutting off was OK with me several times before she did it. I am very pleased with my haircut. 3 other customers who seemed like regulars without appointments came in while she was doing my hair, she greeted them, explained how many people were ahead & they did not mind waiting although I'm sure the wait would not be long as she is fast but still great.
