Fast pleasant experience.As soon as the vision center opened Ms. Tameka already had 3 different clients seeking her help ( my family was one of them).While she was helping us fit new frames into existing lenses she answered calls and let the other customer know she would be with them shortly.Tameka was patient professional, kind and had us in and out of there in no time. I was impressed with her as it seems to me the vision center was busy and possibly understaffed but it may have just been busy at opening on a Friday morning, long story short we are happy.

I see some bad reviews here, but I actually had a very pleasant experience. Tomeikia really went out of her way to answer my insurance questions and set me up with frames I'd be happy with, and I really like my new bifocals. I'm very grateful for her help. I did stop by the store while shopping one day unannounced to pick my glasses up and it was closed for some reason. Maybe because someone went to lunch. But that was an extremely minor issue compared to the great service and product I got.

So….. I went and had my vision test done at another facility, long story short, they locked my insurance benefits by putting a hold on them even though I didn’t buy glasses from them. So I come here to the vision center and Amy Immediately knew what the problem was, she gave a recommendation and within five minutes my benefits were released. Also, the entire process and experience of buying my glasses was perfect. She took her time explaining everything to me, helped me find the glasses I wanted and explained my benefits to me!
