I must say that this vet clinic was the MOST accommodating, understanding and caring at the WORST time for our fur baby! On a Sunday night, our beloved fur baby got snake bit and was looking really bad. While I could have given a quick Benadryl dose and just watched her, something told me to take her to an ER Vet as she was acting much more oddly than the last time she was bitten. This kind man agreed to meet me at the clinic at 10:30pm and checked and treated my baby. Praise God for people with hearts in this industry, as we all know how very much oir fur babies mean to us! We had to have our beloved baby girl put down last month. It was super unexpected and sad. The vets here took super good care of her. Gave her comfort in her last hr and handled it with care! We chose to get her ashes back it was about a 2.5 week process. Got her ashes back got a death certificate and then about a week later we got a card from everyone therr a sympathy card it had our dogs nose and paw print on it it made me cry it was so unexpected for them to do that, expecally after about a week or so has passed. They are super thoughtful! Very good vet and will be using them again once we get another fur baby
The staff is very polite, helpful, and sincere! If there is an issue they will do their best to help or resolve the issue. The staff are DEFINITELY animal lovers! The veterinarian is there for the well being of your animal and not just for the money. Very respectful and highly recommended.
