“The staff were very helpful upon me walking in off the street. They aren't in my insurance network, but the lady was so kind to walk me through advice on what to seek out for my son and what would be great options/examples of what would work for his needs. She didn't have to help, but she did. Even knowing I was unlikely to purchase from them. She sat down and explained the lens thickness and what we should be looking for. I commend them for their customer service for someone they didn't have to help or advise. That speaks volumes to me. She even said, if I don't purchase glasses from them, they'd are more than willing to help adjust the ones we get from elsewhere. And I know that is common in offices, but I don't always know how offices feel about doing that for those that don't use their office to order the glasses. She brightened my day and helped me feel a little more guided when purchasing our next pair. Thank you!!“
