Erika was absolutely great with Musette. She helped me lower my anxiety with her calm personality, and gracefully handled Musette. I love Zippi for they are always willing to accommodate my cat's needs and my schedule, and also for their amazing locations and prices.

We switched vets because our dog was always really anxious after vet visits, but we LOVE zippivet. We've had Serena at multiple appointments and Serena has been amazing! We've really enjoyed our experiences there and we love how they take their time with the animals to make sure they are comfortable. They are so incredibly kind and always make room for us, whereas we had a lot of trouble getting appointments at our previous vets. I really can't say enough good things about them. They are great at what they do!
