The medical professionals and office staff are excellent and have helped improve my health greatly since I first visited them last month. I appreciate everything they've done.However, they use an offshore call center for appointment rescheduling and it's the WORST. Their English isn't fluent and it was a long struggle having to repeat almost everything I said. They had me on the phone for about 20 minutes only to confirm that they'll message the office about my reschedule request and get back to me in a few business days; there wasn't an option for me to simply reschedule online. Please fix this.
Love Dr. Pham. She is affable and does a great job of educating you as the patient on different things she's learned about certain medications, diagnosis, etc. And she is very responsive which is something that is hard to come by in a PCP these days.
I had my first visit at Village Medical. All the staff from the front desk, the nurse and Dr were amazing! All so kind and professional. I did not feel rushed at all. I am so thankful I chose this Facility and Dr!
