My appt for a cleaning was at 1pm and I checked in at 12:54. I wasn't called back to the patient room until 1:18. The hygienist (I forget her name) was very nice and personable. After she scraped the tartar off I could still feel some on the inside of my lower front teeth. She went back in and got that off and it was better. Also, I don't think she did a very thorough polishing job. It just didn't feel like she spent enough time on each tooth. However, in her defense, it had been a number of years since my last cleaning and maybe I was expecting too much....? I didn't take before and after photos, so I'll be sure to do that at my next cleaning... read full review
This was my semi annual visit to J & A and as always it was outstanding. I would be remiss, if I didn’t mention two individuals in particular. One is Evanee, who was my dental hygienist, her professionalism, but most important was her caring attitude. The other one was Angela, who was so pleasant when setting up my next appointment. These two persons are definitely an asset to J&A Dental.
I recently visited J&A Dental for a routine cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable right away. The hygienist did an excellent job, thorough yet gentle, leaving my teeth feeling incredibly clean. The office itself was modern and inviting, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness and hygiene protocols. Overall, a stellar experience that I would highly recommend to anyone in need of dental care.
