What a fantastic company!! Woke up on a Sunday morning and the house was 80. AC was not working. Filled out the form for repair online and Ronnie called within 30 minutes. He took care of my problem an hour later and I am good to go!

My unit was not cooling properly. I called Heritage after changing from my current go to. Soo glad I did! Ronnie listened and answered all my questions honestly. He was professional, honest, communicated what was wrong and how he fixed it (with video/pics). I will definitely call him for future issues.Service: A/C system maintenance
Our home AC went out while it was 105 degrees outside so we were in a hurry to get it fixed! Ronnie was at my house within the hour of me calling. He was professional and located the issue quickly. Edgar came straight to our home as soon as he got the part required and he was also very professional and did a great job with getting my AC back up in no time. I’m very happy I went with Heritage and I will recommend to anyone who needs AC needs!
