My unit was not cooling properly. I called Heritage after changing from my current go to. Soo glad I did! Ronnie listened and answered all my questions honestly. Our home AC went out while it was 105 degrees outside so we were in a hurry to get it fixed! Ronnie was at my house within the hour of me calling. He was professional and located the issue quickly. Edgar came straight to our home as soon as he got the part required and he was also very professional and did a great job with getting my AC back up in no time. I’m very happy I went with Heritage and I will recommend to anyone who needs AC needs!

Ronnie is an absolute saint and genuinely kind individual. We will continue to be loyal customers because of him.On a scorching hot day with temperatures in triple digits, our AC suddenly stopped working. It was already 6pm when I reached out to Heritage for help. Despite hearing a young child in the background, Ronnie immediately came to our rescue, firmly stating that "no one should be without AC."
