I went to go get a full set on my hands and toes , I like the lady how she did the fullest on my toes they looked good I’m not usually a person that leave bad reviews but I didn’t like how my nails in the hands turn out the guy was very rough when he was filling them and was hurting me with the machine in my cuticles when he finished at the end he told me if he want it to put me cuticle oil I said yes before putting it he put acetone on my cuticles and they burned so bad and he saw and try to act like it didn’t hurt me , then when I payed they didn’t ask me if everything turn out okay the guy at the cashier who first took me in , also my nails look uneven and...read full review

I scheduled an appointment here for my sister, mother, and me. To say we were disappointed in the service/whole experience is an understatement. When we walked in there was a small line at the payment counter- no worries we were ok to wait our turn. A lady came in directly behind us and the man at the door completely bypassed us and asked her what service she needed. we (including the lady) we’re all puzzled because it was extremely clear we were next in line (plus we had an appointment). My nail tech was so so unfriendly. Terrible service. Got a pedicure and the lady cut the bottom of my feet with the cheese grater looking thing. I was bleeding and she just ignored that. The whole pedicure was a waste because my feet were stinging after that. I finally had to ask for a bandaid because she slid my shoes on and just put me under the dryer. I finally looked and there was blood all over my sandal. No discount. Never going back.
