Baylor Scott & White Clinic - Kyle

This review was not for the doctor or the clinic itself. A nice young lady I spoke to regarding canceling appointments. I let her know in the nicest way possible why I was not coming back for the next three appointments that were scheduled. The doctor rushed through my appointment and then prescribed me medication that was contraindicated for somebody with the health issues that I have. i'm also a CNA by the way. For 27 years. I recently became disabled so I can no longer work with my wonderful patients. But back to the whole reason, I'm writing this. A young lady that I spoke to, her name was Jamesha. I don’t understand why they got such a low rating. I went to the same physicians for 18 years and finally had a switch because my insurance didn’t cover them. It was the best thing I ever did. They are a bunch of most professional friendliest medical staff I have ever met and I am 62 years old, Karen my md is amazing she is the most caring listening doctor I have ever ever met. I am so happy I went here and as for the front desk and the assistance that help you in the back are amazing. I just love going to the doctor now never thought I would say that in 1 million years.

Dr. Justiniano has renewed our trust in an a healthcare provider. She is attentive, genuine, caring and goes out of her way to make you feel worthy of good medical care. She is through and transparent. Takes time to LISTEN and VALIDATE your thoughts and feelings. My husband found Dr. Justiniano when he needed a provider asap for an acute illness after being in the ER and his prior physician didn’t care about his condition. She saw him quickly and got him the proper treatment; where his other specialist ignored him.
