This review was not for the doctor or the clinic itself. A nice young lady I spoke to regarding canceling appointments. I let her know in the nicest way possible why I was not coming back for the next three appointments that were scheduled. The doctor rushed through my appointment and then prescribed me medication that was contraindicated for somebody with the health issues that I have. i'm also a CNA by the way. For 27 years. I recently became disabled so I can no longer work with my wonderful patients. But back to the whole reason, I'm writing this. A young lady that I spoke to, her name was Jamesha. She was so patient, understanding, and a great listener. She also knows her job in and out. When she first picked up the phone, she had the sweetest way of just welcoming me to chat with her. I talked to her for probably a good 20 minutes. I was letting her know all the reasons why I was not coming back and that please forward, my reasons, but in the nicest way possible. She was the sweetest thing ever. I hope Baylor Scott & White Clinic in Kyle knows what an asset she is to them. Most people that are on the phone at doctors offices are moving so fast because they have to get to the next person that they don't really care. They're listening to the problem. Because they're always understaffed. I can say this because I know it's a fact since I've been working in the medical field for 27 years. anyway I wanna make sure this young lady is noticed her great work kindness, and great listening skills. She's a problem solver. Again I will let you know her name, it is.JAMESHA. Whoever reads this in your company, please give her the kudos she deserves on what a great job she does. And calling out to Jamesha , she says she wants to be a nurse and she's starting school soon. Girl you go with your bad self! You go! You will make a fabulous nurse. It's obvious you love your job and you love the medical field. Thank you for all your help this morning. Sincerely, Brenda Villalta.
I don’t understand why they got such a low rating. I went to the same physicians for 18 years and finally had a switch because my insurance didn’t cover them. It was the best thing I ever did. They are a bunch of most professional friendliest medical staff I have ever met and I am 62 years old, Karen my md is amazing she is the most caring listening doctor I have ever ever met. I am so happy I went here and as for the front desk and the assistance that help you in the back are amazing. I just love going to the doctor now never thought I would say that in 1 million years.
Dr. Justiniano has renewed our trust in an a healthcare provider. She is attentive, genuine, caring and goes out of her way to make you feel worthy of good medical care. She is through and transparent. Takes time to LISTEN and VALIDATE your thoughts and feelings. My husband found Dr. Justiniano when he needed a provider asap for an acute illness after being in the ER and his prior physician didn’t care about his condition. She saw him quickly and got him the proper treatment; where his other specialist ignored him. Dr. Justiniano has celebrated my successes and supports families with mental health & NuroDiversity needs. She uses a data and science backed approach but...read full review
