The quality of work is never a problem here. However getting someone to answer the phone has proven impossible. One of my top Front Teeth broke in my denture so of course I need to get it fixed ASAP. I called four times and left messages twice. No answers and no returned calls. I hate to go anywhere else because Billy is the best denturist around but I might have to

I'm always very pleased with the dental work and the staff. My only complaint is that the phone is NEVER answered. How can I make an appointment for an emergency if they won't answer the phone?! I've left messages (which have never been returned) and called at different times of the day on different days, but am still waiting. I don’t want to have to drive to Kountze to make an appointment in person.

Have used this office for 7 years now!! The dentist is great!! Great bedside manner with my kid every time we go!! Always clean from the office to the exam room to the bathroom! There is also a dental hygienist that we just adore!
