Doctors and general staff were all very kind and professional. I recieved very excellent treatment during my visit. Also the Doctor who treated me was very thorough and informative.
My recent doctor appointment (James Collins) went exceptionally well from start to finish. The entire process was smooth and efficiently handled. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment I arrived. Each step of the appointment was clearly explained, making me feel well-informed and at ease. Overall, it was a highly satisfactory experience with attentive care and excellent communication throughout. Thank you
Very convinent location for someone living in Kingwood. The facility is clean and everyone is nice. The wait times are getting a little ridiculous but I suppose that's a result of more people reading good reviews and going there..?
Dr Collins listens and seems to care for his patients.
He's the reason we go there.
Overall it is a good place to go.
I had to bump them a star due to the 1 hour+ wait times.
