We were very pleased with all aspects of their work. A burst water pipe required quick remediation. They came out quickly and addressed the water damage and charged a fair rate. Their staff were very pleasant and explained thoroughly all that was required. Considering the circumstances, this was a great experience.

On Sunday, March 12th, we had a pipe randomly burst within a wall in our house while we were in the back yard. Water flooded 2/3 of our home in a matter of 20 - 30 minutes without us knowing. Once I had the water shut off, I called ServiceMaster in Kingwood. Phil answered the phone and had a team at my house within an hour and a half that evening (I called around 6:00pm) and they immediately started the drying and removal process. From that night on, the team at ServiceMaster stayed in regular contact with me and my wife (who was 7.5 months pregnant at the time) to provide us updates and schedule timelines for all of the work to be completed. Landon and Johhny were amazing! They we're knowledgeable, thorough, did a great job, and were very nice guys. We totally recommend this service.
