I recently had a pipe in the house bust. It flooded our home. I called SM of Kingwood and they had 2 crews out to our place immediately. What I was most impressed with first was the project manager Andrew. He had such a calming and professional way about him. Second what really impressed me is how that everyday I could count like clockwork I would hear from them. They called me and told me when they were on their way and then after checking the house they updated me everyday. I was never left to wonder. That makes dealing with a catastrophe so much easier. I hope I never need them again but if I am ever in a position to need them I would definitely call them again .
