Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center in Kingwood (Kingwood CCC)

The staff at the entrance of the imaging department are so very kind! They are courteous yet efficient, and their personalities make you feel welcomed!! There were issues with the work order and they did what they were permitted to do to help me. Special Thank you to Vicenta for your patience and sweetness!

This comment is only for the front staff. I looked up ‘urgent care nearby’ and this place pops up, so I go up and ask if there’s an appointment process. Well front staff vehemently corrected me and stated, “this is a hospital NOT an urgent care!” Well guess what, we don’t control what google advertises as urgent care sir so how about you do yourself a favor and find other type of employment?

I had a scare and came here because of location. From start to finish, everyone who I encountered was amazing! I was in and out in a timely manner, the facilities are clean and up to date. Every person from the front reception, nurses, ultrasound tech and my doctor were all wonderful. Will definitely make this my go to spot from now on. They really helped to put my worries at ease and gave me the most thorough care. Thank you to the staff at this location! You made my experience.
