I'm writing this review because of the professional service I received after contacting this company. It's hard for me to reach out and ask for help when I have always done my own networking and built my computers. I was having trouble with downloading updates and installing certain firmware on my system, and this man gave me steps that I over looked, over the phone. After a week of trying to diagnose and come up empty. I found that.. a corrupted OS usb that I bought from best buy was the culprit.. yeah I don't want to hear it lol. This is the least I can do for you helping me, as I desperately need this computer for school. Thank you so much

My harddrive failed and Donald was able able to not only replace it with something better but also save most of the data. He did everything quickly and the price was reasonable for the high quality of service provided. Very professional and knowledgable; would definitely use his services again.
