ACTWD is the least professional company I have ever had the extreme displeasure to interact with. Not only do you have to leave a voice mail with support and wait for them to call you back, they've increasingly been totally ignoring phone messages and emails. In essence, there is NO technical support. I urge everyone who is a customer to leave while you can. Let this confederacy of dunces drive their company into the ground.
