I enjoy this salon. The employee's that been there are great, today on 9/3/24 although there were new faces. So I said "what the heck" tried a new person, older person. Told her how I wanted etc.. went good at first. She wanted to cut 4 inches off bc of split ends. I told her no, she insisted I said no again, she moved her fingers to a shorter length, I said no, half an inch is fine and that is it, she wanted more I said no, she continued with the rest and when she had my hair behind my neck, she cut away. I have been going to this salon for at least two years now. I always get my hair cut by Amber. If you stay with the same stylist, it helps. She knows how I like my hair. She never complains if I ask her to cut a little bit more.
I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years now and have only had one bad experience with a worker that is no longer there. The first time Monica cut my hair, it came out just the way i wanted it and have been going to her ever since. I have never had any bad experiences since and all the workers there I have come in contact with have always been very polite and professional. I like that they will conversate easily and help you out as best as they can. If you're looking for someone who will take the time to listen to what it is your looking for, I would recommend Monica, or Amber if she is not available.
