I told her no, she insisted I said no again, she moved her fingers to a shorter length, I said no, half an inch is fine and that is it, she wanted more I said no, she continued with the rest and when she had my hair behind my neck, she cut away. I knew she did and I was mad inside.. I said wooooow, you're that kind of person. Doesn't listen, does what she wants... okay that's "fine" after she kept trying to push products on me to buy. No ty . Kept repeating to try. No, thank you. I paid and I was not happy,.it's my hair. It's split its split-do your job, listen and let. It. Go! Never with her again. Y'all have to do something about that behavior.
