Just perfect! Chelsea is amazing and so professional! I hadn't gotten waxed in forever (aka lots of hair) but she helped me and talked the entire time to distract me from the whole process. She was even willing to get set back up with Spa Week to accept the Spa Week gift card I had! I highly recommend her.
