Really bad service.... Communication is terrible, and system was inadequate. The heads were too high out of the ground and even on high with my rider lawnmower I destroyed several.Travis is one excuse after the other. Really sad too. I'm a home builder and had several jobs for him but in view of my experience.......i was told they even made trips to adjust system at no charge but the proper adjustment is part of the cost... just show how correct I was in the assessment of this company's inability or care in servicing their clients after the initial sale. Excuses are what they do best... buyers beware......Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
I'm a contractor and hired D& T services for my irrigation system on my personal new home. Travis was late in the initial meeting, and in subsequent dates always some reason for moving agreeded upon meeting time. Finally when project was completed I asked for a schematic and heard crickets. The system was a disappointment . Heads were sticking aboveground so I hit a couple with my rider on the highest setting. The digital timer is a nightmare and I asked him to come last May but he never showed up or called. I called him last week(August 20th) and ask what happened? He said he was 3- 4 weeks out even though he blew me off in May. This was texted to me!!! I had 3- 4 people asking me for irrigation system but I couldn't possibly have one if my customers go through my experience. The one I did send to him was equally dissatisfied. I wish I would have researched this more. Buyers beware. Jeff Haese ( JJH Construction).. 0 Star rating IMHO
We have used Travis on a couple of projects involving our sprinkler system at our home. Plans are to utilize his expertise in upgrading our present sprinkler system to a more quality and cost efficient system. We have found that Travis is a man of his word and values his work with the utmost integrity. A family and Christian man whom my wife and I have enjoyed working with. Highly recommend.
