Sweet she is NOT! Maybe she provides good service, I do not know. But I do know that as a customer she is a deceptive SCAMMER! I know times are tough and money is tight. However, that is never an excuse to do wrong and Jacqueline Hayes did me wrong. She bought a shampoo sink from me on Etsy and made multiple false complaints to try and get a hefty partial refund. I do not give partial refunds so I gave her Free Return labels. She then decided to keep the sink and lie in her review saying it did not work and she is stuck with it. She had FREE return labels and It was a very expensive sink. Trust m, if it did not work she would have returned it. Shame on you Jacquline!
