Royse inspected a home for us in Temple and then reinspected it to ensure repairs were made before closing. When some of the roof repairs were not finished he recommended a local roofer to come and give us an estimate the next morning so we could come to an agreement with the sellers and still finish our closing the day it was scheduled. We had a great experience working with Royse and would definitely recommend him to any of our friends or family that we convince to move to Texas!
