I urgently needed a new roof following a storm when I was out of the area. I corresponded with Pioneer from distance. They were quick in inspecting and providing an assessment and estimate, thorough in explaining what was needed, offered competitive pricing, and not only did not try to up-sale me, but let me know what was unnecessary for the type and location of the home.
On installation day, the team came in, removed the old roof taking care to cover plants and vulnerable windows, and installed the new roof in one day. I've had previous people come out and wasn't satisfied. Had Abraham come out and was very cooperative and genuine. He was very understanding in what I needed. Definitely recommend!
