I have a school mate Latoya that works here so I went in to get a deep shampoo and conditioning and a trim. She did such a great job, She washed me scrubbed me and didn't even leave me under the dryer too long? Even though their online system did not work and my appt did not go through on the online portal I was greeted by the ladies inside politely and they were very apologetic. I was STILL able to get my hair done and I appreciated the atmosphere of positivity.
