“This review is long overdue. I struggle with PTSD and decided to call into work and take a mental health day back in March. I strolled up to Balance and took a chance at being seen as a walk in. These ladies were so amazing and Cheri made time for me in between her appointments to give me a lash lift and a much needed cut. I am a DIY person and did quite a number on my hair and Cheri fixed it all up for me! And I promised never to cut my own hair again lol I have been able to style my hair in so many ways ever since Cheri cut it. she was so friendly and the vibe truly made such a difference for me! I was having such a hard time and I felt so pretty walking away with my hair styled and lashes lifted sorry I took so long to write this review!
