The staff of Freedom Urgent Care on WS Young Drive in Killeen are caring, knowledgeable, and professional. From the receptionist to the medical staff, everyone reflects the emphasis on patient care. The caring attitude even carries over to the next day when they called to see how I was doing. Such concern for the patient’s welfare is hard to find and very much appreciated.
The waiting time was not long the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Once in a room the nurse did her job she was outgoing and caring. The Doctor listened to everything I had to say . He was thorough in the examination and explained everything to me . I am very pleased with my visit
Freedom Urgent Care is a great place. Everyone was professional and friendly and I felt I was getting the care I needed. To get started the online register link I was able to sign up get my information and provide the needed documentation so that when I do arrive for my appointment it was too easy to just wait for my turn to be service outstanding job. I look forward if I have to to come back to freedom urgent care because the VA sent me the great options to get it done I trust them and I do appreciate the support Taking care of me 100%.
