The barber shop at north fort hood needs to be open during the hours on the door. waited for a long time while a note was on the door that said "out to lunch". I didn't know lunch was at between 4 and 5 pm when you close at 6

THE W O R S T customer service EVER! Went to the furniture. store to get 2 twin mattresses. Checked out only to be told they only had 1 in stock (after paying for it)! Then we're told that we can only get free shipping if we order online. So, you sold us an item you didn't have, forcing us to have it delivered and you want us to pay the shipping unless we get a refund and then order online?? Then, after THAT hassle, tracking finally becomes available 2 weeks later, saying the item was ready to be delivered but we weren't being contacted by the warehouse. Send AAFES an email inquiry. Nothing. Wait a few days. still nothing. Send another email. Nothing. Wait a few days and call them. You'll hear from them shortly. Finally get a call from the warehouse and schedule a delivery ("next Friday is the earliest we can do, between 1100-1500"). Friday, 1600 we contact the warehouse. Oh. they forgot to load it on the truck! "We'll deliver it first thing, Monday." Sent email to AAFES. No reply. Monday comes, no delivery! "No way were you told Monday"! Argued for 10 minutes, insisting that the manager could NOT have POSSIBLY said it would be here today (Monday)! Now, we have to take off work, yet another (third) day, A WHOLE MONTH + AFTER PURCHASE, to receive our delivery!! My 2 grandchildren that came to stay the summer are forced to switch off from couch to bed every night because the PX can't deliver on their promise to provide and take care of their servicemembers and veterans! Shame on you and your contractor for holding us/our purchase hostage!
