I was greeted by name upon entering the suite. Check in was quick and seamless even though I was not able to do the check in on-line prior to my visit. Staff are always cordial and professional.
My husband and I have been going here a few years now. Staff from front office to aides, nurses and doctor are always pleasant. Never long wait times. Husband has had MOHS and we’ve both been treated for other Derm issues, always with skill & Expertise.
From the front desk, Brittany is so helpful and has the most pleasant personality , to getting situated in the room with Samantha. Samantha was clear with her instructions and answered all of my questions. Melissa is amazing! I was so relaxed, she explained everything that was going on with my condition. Both Melissa and Samantha were ever so gentle with the injections. Epiphany are absolute angels. I have great results after one session! I will always return!
