These gentlemen, identified my concerns, provided a solution and followed the order from their location to the distribution center in Katy, then followed up with the Katy location to make to set my expectation on a delivery window. Rest assured, if I need anything that I believe Crawford Electric Supply carries, they will be my first choice. A good customer service experience is as rare as hens teeth these days, so I wanted to make sure their service efforts were noticed. Thanks again Guys! I clean for them twice a week, they are pretty nice. They conduct business with their contractors like what you'd expect from a business: professional, courteous, and friendly. If they conduct their sales how they conduct their contracts then I'd recommend them to anyone!
