I live out of state and required assistance to have a digital photo frame connected to the home network of an elderly family member who is not tech savvy (doesn't even have a cell phone). Computer Solutions tech, David, not only fixed the network connection issue, but also helped with other computer challenges my family member was experiencing. My son kept pressing buttons on my laptop and locked my keyboard. The owner allowed me to bring my laptop within minutes and looked at it while I was still there. She fixed the issue right away. I will bring any computer here from now on. Highly recommend ?
