My ac stopped working in the middle of the night. I woke up miserable pouring sweat. I googled for ac repair companies and this company was the first one that came up in the search so I called them. The lady who answered the phone patiently listened to my issue and insured me that she would get a technician to come see about my problem and call me back within an hour. She explained to me the cost for the visit and explained that it would be waived in the cost if the repair was performed by their technicians.
