“I took my kids here for their first barbershop cut. The cuts were good and despite a slight communication barrier, he did a phenomenal job. He was patient with my children and treated them with kindness and respect. I love that my kids were able to have this experience.
They lost a star because we had to wait 40 mins past our appointment time and there wasn’t communication regarding what was going on or who we were seeing which made me feel a little awkward (but I’m typically a very awkward person so there you go.) I wasn’t sure who to speak to. I did almost leave because I wasn’t sure my kids could handle waiting (they’re disabled). Next time will be better as it will be more familiar and we’ll know who we’re seeing and what to expect.
