I am a recurring customer. They are the best! Dr. Shilo was super quick and accurate. I have gotten many a pair of glasses from them. All have been quite excellent. The check in was soomth and the initial exam was handled by one if the best nurses ever!! Come bring your whole family to this family.

Dr. Roberts is top-notch, all 3 of them, but Dr. Shiloh is my provider. She is always so thorough, explains everything in a manner my children and I can understand and truly seems to care about her patients. The staff is so friendly and welcoming as well. Then, there is also the incredible staff in the optical department who give you honest advice while helping pick glasses. They are knowledgeable about the best colors and sizes to match your skin tones and face shape. They make the glasses buying task an experience. I highly recommend this practice for the top to bottom care they show.

I absolutely love Kilgore Eye Center. Everyone from front desk to the glasses person at the end are the nicest people. Dr. Shilo is the best. She explains everything and I feel like she truly cares and you just don’t get that from other doctors all the time. I recommend them over and over and will continue to do so.
