Gregg Air I thought was a good company when the previous owner was there. Bought a unit from them worked fine until the hurricane hit houston. Come to fine out the ac was not tied down when they installed the unit It blew off the concrete and blew the compressor. They don't want to cover it but want me to pay the service fee. The tech took the compressor and wires which made the warranty void I think they are liable for repairs. Don't mind paying the service fee after service is done. Please let me know your opinion.
Friendly, punctual competent and informative about the issue. Will use again!
