I have thinning hair-very nervous about cutting & color. Ruby was a Wonder Woman with how she worked with the mess on my head & created a beautiful cut & brand new color! Found out Ruby's son, Alex, is a skin care technician. I decided to get an hour long facial. Prior to appointment, we talked about my current routine & which products I use. I had the most wonderful experience yesterday with Alex using lots of new, to me, implements & using them in a very gentle way. All during the process he was reassuring & explained what he was doing, what products he was using & how things should feel.
