John came over and explained everything clearly, was clear about costs, and what I could afford for some serious projects at my home. We have a strategy. They answer your calls immediately, don't talk down to you, and are very friendly! VERY happy with the results - our shower works again, we have FAST hot water, and all in less than an hour or so. John and his team were great! Showed up on time listened to what I had going on and what I wanted. They offered to do the cheaper route for me and just get my faucet off but I still wanted the new sink too - he agreed after. Thanks Jon for looking out and I will definitely have them drive back to San Antonio next time I need a plumber!
